Welcome to Australian Texas Hold'em Poker
Welcome to the site. I've created this to post my experiences with playing Texas Hold'em Poker in Australia. I will concentrate on information regarding South East Queensland, being the area I currently live in, but feel free to sign up and post about your own experiences.
There will be a blog feature allowing you to talk about your day to day experiences, along with a forum for discussions and a links page to allow you to post links to your favourite online Texas Hold'em Poker sites for playing both online and offline.
Please feel free to sign up. I will authorise all signups, so please be patient while I activate your login.

If you wish to read our Wiki and learn about playing Texas Hold'em Poker, you will need to register for an account. Unfortunately, the Wiki software has some bugs in it and it seems no new version is in the works. When you log in and read the Wiki, you can learn what happens when you visit a Texas Hold'em Poker venue and some hints and tips on how the game will progress along with popular Poker terms.

Pirhana Jay's Poker blog Played a Freeroll tournament on Pokerstars Pirhana Jay Poker 2008/4/21 1:47
Well, I haven't played Poker in ages so the last couple of days I've had a go.
I just played a Freeroll tournament on Pokerstars and came:
Dealer: Pirhana Jay finished the tournament in 1155th place
That was out of 5000 players heh. I should have been paying more attention but ran out to make a coffee and was looking at websites. Oh well. It was nice to have a game again.

I see there's a club not too far from where I live hosting Poker games so I might have a go once a week just to get back into things and get out and about socialising. I really enjoyed playing Texas Holdem Poker around town so this'll be nice again.
